Samadhi Vihara: Metta Youth Lab (opens for 16 years & above) on 22nd September @2-4pm

We are pleased to inform you that Metta Youth Lab (My Lab), which is organised by Samadhi Youth Team (SYT) of BMSM Shah Alam Branch, is opened for registration now. Teenagers of 16 years old and above are welcomed to join this activity. The first activity will be conducted on this coming Sunday, Sep 22nd from 2.00pm – 4.00pm

This activity will give the youths the opportunity to associate with Bhante Mahinda and to learn more about  Metta (Loving- Kindness). Besides, there will be some dhamma sharings, fun and practical activities specially designed by SYT for the teenagers. The objective of these activites is to expose youths to Metta, to share and cultivate it.
